We built Plateau Built to be the answer to that — one local team that knows your home, documents everything, handles what we can ourselves, and coordinates trusted specialists for what we can't. Typically 1–2 hours depending on the size of your home. We walk all 16 inspection categories — exterior, drainage, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, insulation, foundation, windows, doors, interior surfaces, bathrooms, kitchen appliances, cabinetry, garage, safety, and a client intake conversation — and grade every item with photos.
Do I need to be home?
For the Home Health Report, we'd love a few minutes with you at the start — your top concern becomes Priority One of the inspection. After that, you're free to go about your day. For Blitz Day, you don't need to be home at all if you'd rather not be. We coordinate access with you ahead of time and you'll receive a full completion report documenting everything we did.

What happens if you find a serious problem?
Serious items get flagged Red in your report with a clear action plan — never buried in fine print.
